Overview
Registration Information for SY 25-26:

Grades 1 - 8 & PSD Click HERE to register your student
**It takes up to a week for a student to start after the registration has been submitted for review.
Basic Documents needed to upload into your student's online registration:
**denotes required documents that need to be uploaded in order to "finalize/submit" your registration online.

- **ID of Parent/Legal Guardian
- **Current Rental Agreement (if you rent)
- **Current Mortgage Statement (if you own)
- **1st Proof of address (Electric, Gas, Water, Cable, Internet, Pay stub, etc showing current billing/due date)
- **2nd Proof of Address (Electric, Gas, Water, Cable, Internet, Pay stub, etc showing current billing/due date)
- **Immunization Records
- If transferring from another school then the following is also mandatory:
- Last Report Card from prior school
- Transfer Card from prior school
- Release of Records Form (click to download)

- Physical Form (click to download)
- Kindergarten Dental Form: Kindergarten students only (click to download)

- Medication -This is a reminder that any student who requires daily medication or as needed medication (inhalers, epipens) must supply a new physician order to Mrs. Marlys along with the following:

PreK Lottery sign-up is NOW OPEN for September 2026-June 2027! CLICK HERE FOR THE LINK TO SIGN UP
Information about our program:
- All students MUST reside in Magnolia to be eligible to enter into the lottery.
- All students MUST be age 3 or 4 on or before October 1, 2026.
- If your student will not be 3 before 10/1, then you will not qualify for our PreK lottery.
- If your student will be age 5 on or before 10/1, then you will need to register for our Kindergarten Pre-Registration (coming in February or March).
- PreK is a lottery system only. All students entered in the lottery (link below) by March 16, 2026 and will be determined at our Board of Education (BOE) Meeting on March 17, 2026.
- All 3 and 4 yo students signed up for the lottery will be emailed a specific lottery # prior to the BOE Meeting on 3/17.
- Every student in the lottery will have their lottery number pulled and this will determine your place either accepted in the program or on the waiting list.

- This is a full day PreK program
- Options to purchase a hot school lunch from the cafeteria will be available
- Proof of a Flu Vaccine is required by the state for all PreK students by November 30th of each year. If your child is accepted into our program, our Nurse will reach out to you with more information.
- If your child is accepted in the PreK program, attendance is mandatory. Attendance is reported to the state. Please keep this in mind as we are five days a week for a full day.

- Full Day program: 8:25am - 3:07pm
- Options to purchase a hot school lunch will be available
