Magnolia School PTO
The Magnolia School Parent Teacher Organization (PTO) is a service organization made up of parent volunteers who support the educational needs and goals of our children, teachers, administration, staff, school board, and parents. We offer programs and activities that complement education and foster a sense of school spirit and community. Here are some examples of the activities we have been able to offer in the past:
- Harvest Dance
- Halloween Parade
- Family Game Night
- Glow Dance
- Reading Night
- Game Night
- Movie Night
In addition, the PTO also coordinates the Book Fair, gym uniform orders, the Holiday Shop, fundraisers, supports Teacher Appreciation week, and much more!
Everything the Magnolia School PTO does is based on volunteers and we are looking to you to help make a difference in the lives of our children. We need volunteers to be able to continue offering events like the examples given above. We encourage you to get involved and help us make 2022-2023 a great school year!
There are many ways you can get involved and we welcome any time you are able to give! Here are just a few ways to get involved:
- Attend our monthly meetings
- Volunteer your time at the book fair, holiday shop, or other events
- Lead or co-lead an event
- Be a room parent or helper
- Lead or co-lead a fundraiser
- Donate what you can
All parents and/or legal guardians of students who attend Magnolia Public School can be members of the PTO! We hope you are able to share a little time to help contribute to your child’s educational experience - it will be rewarding for you and for them! If you are able to give some time, day or evenings, at school or from home, please join us. Every hour helps!
Gym Uniform Shirt Orders
The Magnolia School gym uniform shirt is available for purchase through the PTO. We currently have limited availability of blue and gray t-shirts, long sleeve shirts, and sweatshirts in stock. To place an order, download and complete the Gym Shirt Order Form and send in with payment (cash or check only) to your student's homeroom. PayPal is also accepted; instructions are on the order form. Orders will be processed within 5 days and delivered to your student's homeroom. **Note that plain royal blue or gray shirts may also be worn.
